feeling cheated
I feel so cheated today.
Recently, I came to know that a student was having problems with another group of students. I took some time and effort to coax the student to tell me the problem. And I promised to help her. Seeing her upset just made me worried.
Then today, I saw the student sticking to that group of students like GLUE. They are now together. Everywhere I go, I see them together.
Wah... it struck me that the issue is no longer a problem currently. Although I still sense a potential problem in the future. I felt really cheated. Sigh...
Kids are kids. One good thing is that they don't hold grudges.
